Getting Here
Travelling by car
Victoria Centre is located at the North of Nottingham City Centre accessible via the A60.
Our Car Parks can be found by following the City Centre ‘Park Smart’ signage. We are in Victoria Zone.
White Zone (24hrs): Accessed via Woodborough Road (Victoria Zone North)
Blue/Red/Green/Yellow: Accessed via Glasshouse Street or York Street (Victoria Zone South)

Travelling by public transport
Nottingham is well served by train, bus and tram. Our train station is located at the South end of the city (whilst Victoria Centre is located at the North end).
A tram service operates from the train station into town, where you can alight at the Market Square (if you want to walk through the city and see other stores on your route) or at the Royal Centre.
A Trent/Barton bus service operates into Victoria Centre, whilst the Nottingham City bus service operates into Broadmarsh (towards the South of the city).

Parking in the Victoria Centre car parks is easy. The White Zone Car Park is 24 hours - perfect if you are planning a night out, trip to the theatre or enjoying any of the leisure facilities in Nottingham city. Enter after 4pm and you'll only pay a maximum of £4.50 (leave before 7am).

Height Restrictions
Underground Car Park (entry via Glasshouse Street and York Street) is 1.8m.
White Zone Car Park (entry via Woodborough Road) is 2m.
Parent and Child
Our car parks now have designated extra wide spaces for parents with children. These spaces are located adjacent to the lifts in these car parks:
White Zone: Levels 1-6
Blue Zone: Levels 2,3
Green/Yellow/Red Zones: Level 3
Electric Car Charging
Victoria Centre has two designated electric car charging bays. These can be found on level 2 of the White Zone Car Park. These bays are free to use, you just pay your parking charges! Speak to our Customer Services team on 0115 9121111 for more information.

Please note that the concession tariff is not interchangeable with the standard tariff. Unless a car enters and leaves the car park within the stipulated times for a given concession tariff, the standard tariff will apply.

Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are available in all the Victoria Centre car parks.
Shopmobility provides a free wheelchair and scooter loan service, Monday to Saturday, for any customer who needs a little extra help getting around the Centre.
To take advantage of this service you need to register with Shopmobility; you will need to bring a current utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last three months) along with photo identification (bus pass, passport or blue badge) to the Shopmobility office. You will be required to complete a short application form before training on the equipment will be given.
The Victoria Centre Shopmobility office can be found on Level 1 of the White Zone Car Park.

Clockhouse Crèche
Clockhouse Crèche has sessions of 1 – 2 ½ hours, which can be booked in advance, so that you can get all your shopping done whilst your children enjoy a fun and educational programme of activities. Available to children ages 2 ½ to 7 years old. The opening hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 12 noon / 1pm – 3.30pm

Code of Conduct
Victoria Centre has a responsibility to all visitors to provide a shopping environment that is acceptable to everyone. Victoria Centre wishes to encourage an atmosphere that does not offend visitors' values or beliefs and therefore upholds the code of conduct, which reflects socially acceptable behaviour.
We consistently aim to maintain high standards and do not permit the following:
• Intimidation of our visitors by groups or individuals
• Behaviour that is considered unacceptable to the environment
• Pets, with the exception of assistance dogs
• Shopping trolleys on the malls, other than designated areas
• Vehicles within the centre, excluding mobility-scooter and wheelchairs
Ensuring that visitors are free to shop and relax the following is not permitted:
• Leafleting, canvassing or conducting third party interviews or surveys unless authorised by Centre Management
• Unauthorised busking or selling of goods in the mall, car parks and associated areas
To ensure the health and safety of visitors we ask that everyone respects and shows due consideration for the Centre environment by:
• Not cycling, roller-blading, using micro-scooters, skateboards or Heeley's in the centre
• Not climbing or sitting on any balustrade, barrier, fence or railing
• No playing of ball games
• No swearing, shouting or use of other offensive words
• No inappropriate use of customer lifts and escalators
• The wearing of shirts / tops and footwear at all times
• Removing crash helmets upon entering the centre
The following legal conditions must be adhered to:
• Both legislation and the Centre's own smoking policy
• Alcohol is only to be consumed within premises that hold a relevant license
• Any act of vandalism towards property belonging to Victoria Centre or our retailers will be dealt with accordingly and the Police will always be informed

In addition to this, any person who persistently ignores any of the above or commits a crime will be excluded for a time period to be determined by Centre Management.
